She's one of the world's most drooled-over women. But a new picture from her pre-superstar days suggests that Megan Fox may have had a helping hand (or scalpel) on the road to physical perfection.

"In my opinion, it seems Megan has moved on from her wholesome 'girl next door' look," says Harley Street's Dr Stavros Eleftheriou, a specialist face and neck cosmetic surgeon. "It looks to me like she's had laser treatment to her face, as it now has an unblemished, waxy complexion compared with her previously freckled skin."

Heat's medical expert also pointed out Megan's "very full and luscious lips" which "show sign of having been augmented with filler".

According to Dr Stavros, Megan's face may not be the only surgically enhanced part of her body. "She could have undergone breast enlargement surgery, as her breasts are very round and full - a difficult look to get with natural breasts and no bra support!"

We think she looks great (duh, it's Megan Fox), but maybe the surgery stuff should stop now. She's only 24, after all. Megan, we've seen the Ghost Of Surgery Christmas Yet To Come...and it has the body of Janice Dickinson and the face of Katie Price.

Dr Stavros says:

1. The shiny forehead is a Botox giveaway, as are the perfectly arched eyebrows
2. Nose reshaping has thinned the bridge and raised the tip, exposing more nostril
3. The loss of the "cupid's bow" on the top lip is a telltale sign of filler
4. Full, round breasts point to enlargement surgery
